Exchange & Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will be happy to exchange the item or provide a full refund (excluding shipping) within 30-days of the original purchase. All item(s) must be in new and unworn condition. 

All exchanges/returns must be accompanied by the original receipt, the completed Exchange/Return Form and shipped in a box or padded mailer. Items damaged in shipping cannot be accepted. For your protection, we recommend you send with some form of tracking and insure the package. Our site is not responsible for any exchanges/returns lost in shipping. We do not accept exchanges/returns shipped C.O.D.

1. Please contact Customer Service on our site, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason.
2. After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
3. Drop off your package at the local post office.
4. For products that are returned in accordance with this return Policy, refunds will be processed within 7 days after we receive your return package. Your refund will be sent to your SHEIN wallet or original payment account based on the refund method you chose.
 

Refunds: If paid by credit card we will credit your account within 7-10 business days. If you request an exchange, your account will be charged or credited the price difference.

Gift Certificates cannot be returned. 

Items purchased through our site fundraising events are only eligible for 30-Day Exchange or Credit. No Refunds.
